This is a class to enjoy the slow pace that sewing can provide us. Se pueden hacer montones de cosas hermosas con apenas unos restos de tela e hilos de distintos colores. Hay montones de técnicas ancestrales que podemos usar para crear. Esta es una clase para disfrutar del ritmo desacelerado que nos propone la costura.

The Gift of Years, Growing Old Gracefully by Joan Chittister
The Gift of Years reflects on many aspects of aging, the purposes, and concerns, the struggles and surprises, the potential and joys. Addressed is the profound purpose of these capstone years, the time in which a whole new life is in the making again. We will discuss the enlightenment, wisdom, freedom, and prosperity offered to the older adult, learning how to grow old by living into the values offered every day - growing older with grace.
This book is for those concerned about aging parents as well as for those on the brink of “old age.”
Please get your own copy of the book through the library or available from Amazon.
