At NewBridge, we are committed to fostering a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment where all participants can enjoy activities safely and comfortably. Like any community organization, we have established guidelines to ensure positive interactions among our members and staff.

Our policies apply to all participants equally, and we communicate expectations to maintain a positive atmosphere.

When concerns arise regarding behavior that disrupts the experience for others, we address them, always prioritizing the well-being of our community. When participants and staff fail to comply with our policies, we respond on a case-by-case basis, carefully considering each situation.

NewBridge values every individual who participates in our programs and encourages open dialogue when concerns arise. Our goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable space for all.
