NewBridge University! We strive to engage, support and unite older adults. As we age our learning path may look different, the manner in which we learn may change, and our learning curve might be steeper - but we never stop learning. All of our program offerings under our Diversity & Inclusion and Classes & Activities, will fall under NBU. Some of our classes will be offered to specific groups, to help provide a safe space where participants can share and express themselves with older adults who look like them and share similar life experiences.
At NewBridge, we are committed to fostering a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment where all participants can enjoy activities safely and comfortably. Like any community organization, we have established guidelines to ensure positive interactions among our members and staff.
Our policies apply to all participants equally, and we communicate expectations to maintain a positive atmosphere.
When concerns arise regarding behavior that disrupts the experience for others, we address them, always prioritizing the well-being of our community. When participants and staff fail to comply with our policies, we respond on a case-by-case basis, carefully considering each situation.
NewBridge values every individual who participates in our programs and encourages open dialogue when concerns arise. Our goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable space for all.
