Provides health equipment items to check out. Equipment available may include wheel chairs, walkers, canes, shower chairs, and more.

With the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, our loan closet is no longer accepting donated items at this time. We are loaning out limited equipment through our Case Management program. Please check out Facebook page for updates or give us a call at (608) 512-0000. 

Available to City of Madison or Monona residents for a donation.

Nutritious daytime meals are offered at various locations throughout the Madison and Monona area, Monday-Friday. The meal is well balanced and appealing for older adults who don’t enjoy cooking or eating alone. Meals and transportation require a reservation.

Home Chore

Matches Case Management clients who need basic household chore help with individual volunteers/volunteer groups who provide assistance and friendly visitation.

Cultural Diversity

Activities for African American and Latinx older adults to help reduce isolation and connect older adults to community services. Activities focus on socialization and health education. Latinx activities offered in Spanish only. 


Social, educational, and exercise classes at various community sites. The activities take place in different neighborhood centers, libraries, and churches across Madison and Monona.

Foot Care Clinics

NewBridge is partnering with Nail Technicians Gail Owens and Susan Hasey to provide foot care for $20. Please bring two towels. Call (608) 512-0000 to make an appointment.

Case Management

Provides older adults support needed to live independently by identifying resources and coordinating services. Information, referrals, and advocacy provided through case management home visit assessments of each older adult’s individual needs.
