Foot Care Clinics

NewBridge is partnered with Registered Nurse Gail Owens and Nail Technician Susan Hasey to provide foot care for older adults 60+. We offer non-diabetic and diabetic clinics.

With the uncertainty of the Coronavirus pandemic, clinics may be suspended into April. Please check out Facebook page for updates of give us a call at (608) 512-0000. 

  • The cost is $20 for non-diabetic and $25 for diabetic and we ask that you bring two towels.
  • Appointments are required and should be made in advance by calling (608) 512-0000.

Nutritious daytime meals are offered at various locations throughout the Madison and Monona area, Monday-Friday. The meal is well balanced and appealing for older adults who don’t enjoy cooking or eating alone. Meals and transportation require a reservation.

Home Chore

Matches Case Management clients who need basic household chore help with individual volunteers/volunteer groups who provide assistance and friendly visitation.

Cultural Diversity

Activities for African American and Latinx older adults to help reduce isolation and connect older adults to community services. Activities focus on socialization and health education. Latinx activities offered in Spanish only. 


Social, educational, and exercise classes at various community sites. The activities take place in different neighborhood centers, libraries, and churches across Madison and Monona.

Case Management

Provides older adults support needed to live independently by identifying resources and coordinating services. Information, referrals, and advocacy provided through case management home visit assessments of each older adult’s individual needs. 

Loan Closet

The East Madison/Monona location provides health equipment items to check out. Equipment available may include wheel chairs, walkers, canes, shower chairs, and more.
