Position: Cultural Diversity Program Coordinator
for African American Older Adults

Opportunity: NewBridge Madison (a non-profit organization) is seeking an organized and compassionate individual to serve as African American Program Coordinator. The coordinator will develop and implement health and educational programs for African American older adults in Dane County. The coordinator will also perform community outreach related to the program.
Requirements: Associates degree from a two-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A bachelors’ degree is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits: This is a .75 FTE position with the possibility of becoming a full-time position (1 FTE) in 2021. The position requires a variable work schedule with flexibility. Work hours generally fall between 8 am-4 pm, Monday-Friday but some night and weekend hours will be required. NewBridge will pay a portion of employee insurance premiums, and this portion will be set by the NewBridge Board on an annual basis. Paid time off is also offered.
